We are commemorating National Veterans and Military Family month with a one-of-a-kind fundraising experience you will not soon forget! Join us Friday, November 18th 9am till 2pm for the Proffitt Brothers Foundation® Shoot with A Mission event: a day full of skeet shooting, prize raffling, delicious food and refreshing drinks. The event will take place at the Prince George’s Trap and Skeet Center, a premier shotgun clay target-shooting facility conveniently located shortly off the beltway in Glenn Dale.
Throughout the year, Proffitt Brothers Foundation® is hard at work amplifying the charitable efforts of the many outstanding nonprofits we’ve interacted with locally who are on the front lines in their unique mission. Shoot with a Mission is our chance to “reload” and raise the funds that we need to continue to invest in others, while providing a fun and communal gathering for our honored veterans and military families.
There are numerous ways to participate in and support this fantastic event, including sponsorship opportunities. In addition to your option for individual attendance, we welcome and encourage people of all skill levels to organize their own team. The cost of admission for an individual ticket covers your safety training and gear, as well as your gun, ammo, targets, and safety instructor. Tickets also include lunch and drinks — we’ll be enjoying world-class barbeque with an open bar (and plenty of non-alcoholic options for everyone). Teams get five individual tickets and all of the benefits, plus custom signage at their own shooting bay!
We have several tiers of sponsorships available, the lowest offering 5 individual tickets with all of the above benefits as well as custom signage, social media posts highlighting your sponsorship and company, and recognition in our post-event “Thank You” press release. We’d love to have you with us, but if you can’t join we welcome you to sponsor a team, covering all of their benefits and donating five tickets to veterans and/or military families.
Shoot with a Mission is a great opportunity to get together with your military friends and family and reconnect after a hard couple of years. We hope to see you there!
